Returns and exchanges
We hope that you are happy with our products. If this is not the case or if you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it or exchange it for another one. Please follow the steps below to return it your order as easily as possible.
14 days right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it to us within 14 days. Only products that are complete and undamaged, contain no signs of use and are in their original packaging may be returned.
Steps for returning or exchanging
If you want to return or exchange an article, we ask you to follow the steps below:
- Fill in the return form completely
- Send the products together with the fully completed form back to our warehouse:

Please note: returns and exchanges are at your own risk. Please pack the products well and keep the shipping document carefully. You may also return the article yourself to Venlo.
Processing and costs
Upon receipt of the return shipment, it will be processed within a few days. We will inform you by e-mail about the status of the returned products. When the products are received as described above, the purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded within a few days.
The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by Accuniq.
Exceptions in returns and exchanges
There are some products that cannot be returned or exchanged. These are:
